Do you love Jolibee’s Fried chicken? For some reason, every time I have their fried chicken, I’d be really tired and would just fall asleep. I know that there is a chemical or some type that eating chicken makes you tired or sleepy. That’s why I try not to eat it around lunch time, the best time would be dinner time. it’s also probably the combination with the gravy sauce and rice.
