A total of twenty-eight percent of the estimated 35 million Filipinos in city centers in the Philippines are now regular Internet users. Most if not all Filipinos now have regular access to internet. thanks in part of the ever growing Internet Cafe in the Philippines. Internet Cafe is now a big business in the Philippines, because most Filipinos still don’t have computers in their homes. But as computer prices goes down, many Filipinos will be able to afford a computer of their own.
