How to cook Sisig

Sisig is an authentic Filipino dishes that every Filipinos loves to eat. The term sisig means spicy, it’s a very popular mead dish in Philippines and Filipinos abroad. It’s a specialty food because of the long process and traditional way of cooking it.

Sisig dish is very popular to Filipino drinkers who gathers and drink beers and eat sisig as snack. Sisig has a unique blend of spices and ingredients. Sisig when served with rice is a very good meal. There are many different methods of cooking sisig, usually there’s an uncle or cousin that you bring in to cook sisig cause only they know the right way off cooking the traditional dish.
