Are you a Filipino Nurse? What made you become a Filipino Nurse? Most Filipinos know that the most common job for a Filipina is a nurse. why? What made this become? My mom is a nurse, I should ask her, what made her become a nurse? We all know that being a nurse in America is very good, financially and very rewarding for a family. My mom for years been telling me that I should marry a nurse, maybe I should, I mean my older brother did.
And it’s not that he wanted a nurse so he does not have to work so hard, but because he wanted a traditional filipina. My brother is a very successful person, he graduated from Devry College with a bachelor in computer science and he’s been working for phamaceutical company for the last 7 years as a IT network manager. Here in California, most, maybe all Filipino moms are nurses, which is an incredible rate. Nursing jobs are very lucrative and rewarding here in America. That’s is why most Filipina nurses in the Philippines wants to work abroad, because there is more money offered.
