The Filipino International Film Festival in Los Angeles will be held at Theater Center (LATC) October 17th. The festival will feature the movie ‘Brown Soup Thing‘ which feature Manny Pacquiao. It’s written and directed by Edward J. Mallilan, the film will feature dozens of recognizable Filipinos.
