Filipino boxer Manny Pacquaio started his first professional boxing fight back in 1995 with a win againts Filipino boxer Edmund Enting Ignacio. After that match, he knew that he wanted to make boxing as a career. After about a dozen wins against other Filipino boxers mostly in the Mandaluyung City, Philippines, Manny Pacquiao would suffer his first lose to Rustico Torrecampo, who Ko’d him on the 3rd. The lose only made Manny Pacquaio work harder and stronger on the ring. After the lose, he went on to win 15 straight fights against Filipino boxers and Korean boxers. His next lose would come by a KO against Thai boxer Medgoen Singsurat in the 3rd round.
Manny Pacquiao first major fight outside of Philippines happened in Korakuen Hall, Tokyo, Japan against Shin Terao which only lasted 1 round because Pacquiao knocked him out end of first round. As years passed, Manny Pacquiao went on to faced challenger such as Juan Manuel Marques and Erik Morales and the rest is history.
