So I found a great youtube video on how to make lechon kawali. Lechon Kawali is one of my favorite filipino dishes because it’s such a tasteful and delicious Filipino food. I like this video because he also shows how to make the special sauce to go with the lechon and two different ways of cooking lechon kawali. Enjoy!
